Lavenham, one of Suffolk's loveliest medieval villages, is busy organising its first-ever Art Festival,  showcasing the talents of at least 20 local and nationally known artists in a Meet the Artist/Open Studio event.

Great East Swim 16th June 2012

Alton Water Reservoir on the Shotley Peninsula in Suffolk, will play host to the Great East Swim -  a fun event for people of all swimming abilities.

Chelsworth Open Gardens 24th June 2012

For over 40 years the residents of Chelsworth, near Lavenham, have opened their private gardens to the public on the last Sunday in June. The village is one of the most beautiful in Suffolk and this year's event will include 20+ open gardens.
