For over 40 years the residents of Chelsworth, near Lavenham, have opened their private gardens to the public on the last Sunday in June. The village is one of the most beautiful in Suffolk and this year's event will include 20+ open gardens, a number of commercial stalls offering a range of refreshments, specialist nurseries and plant colections, buskers, a Gardeners Question Time and much more.
Entry is £5 per adult (children and parking free) and the gardens are open from 11am to 5pm. Coaches are welcome by prior arrngement.
Chelsworth lies on the Cycle South Suffolk route on the B115 Sudbury to Stowmarket road.
