Chelsworth Open Gardens. Sunday 27th June 2-6pm

For over 40 years, the residents of Chelsworth have opened their private gardens to the public in order to raise money to pay for the upkeep of their tiny village church.

Chelsworth is a sleepy, extremely pretty and quintessentially English village situated in the beautiful Brett Valley just a few miles from Lavenham and a visit there at any time of year is a joy, but especially so on the last Sunday in June each year.  There will be teas, plant and gift stalls, a swing band and Morris dancing.

Entry for all of the twenty gardens is £5 for adults and children (and parking) are free!

The gardens are open from 2-6pm

Chelsworth is on the B1115 between Sudbury and Stowmarket . Coaches are welcome by prior arrangement.
